"Love the pecan bagel and shaken iced latte. Been here a couple of times and the quality of food/drinks has been consistently good. Staff were great and had lots of patience - there was an unreasonable customer near me today who occupied two and a half seats with her laptop and refused to move her belongings to free up spaces for others (she’s been occupying the middle 2.5 seats with her belongings laid over the chairs and table out of 5 empty seats that row) “since she’s been to thousands of cafes and never been asked to move”. There were 2-3 customers lining up and decided to leave cus of that. She demanded a full refund while continue finishing her food and drinks because “she didn’t like the attitude of the staff”. The staffs calmly handled the chaos and even apologised to me for putting up with the fuss. They deserved a raise to put up unreasonable customers with grace"

"I arrived at about 11 am. Sun was shining directly in the cafe and it’s quite hot. Otherwise it’s a good place to relax with a nice view. Best way to get up here is using the Office tower lifts from B1"

Amazing views through floor-to-ceiling windows, high ceilings, and super chill vibes. Enjoyed a Flat White ($36) while my friend had a Mocha ($38). Coffee was great, and they have plant-based milk options too! Perfect spot to relax and recharge. Highly recommend!"

"We only had dessert here and coffee so I can not comment much on the food. The coffee was just okay. The highlight here is the location, it's on the 9th floor of Hysan place tucked behind eslite book store and it had a nice view."
